I got lost about an hour ago,
I sailed past that fork in the road and now here I stand
A stranger in a foreign land
An empty barn and a weather vein
A picket fence that's seen its day
Oh I sit to stay cuz I don't got much to do today
I go down to the local store
I caught a glance from the local whore that she threw my way
And I still got nothing to do today
I carry on down the street
I'm looking for a place to eat, but my belly's so full
With all these things I'm hoping for whores
And I'm wishing my legs away

Cuz they're taking me to no where safe

An old man in a pickup truck
Says, "son are you out of luck?"
And I nod my head
I say my day is spent and my spirit's dead

Well I have been going through the roughest art block I've had in a long, long time. I actually have no idea how I managed to make this; I almost gave up right after I sketched because nothing was turning out how I wanted it to. I had decided to try something new; line-less, painterly, all that stuff...and it isn't exactly what I was looking for and there mistakes I'd like to correct, but...
I just hope this is good enough, in the end.
I haven't drawn this boy in forever. Jude, one of my own boys, who I need to start drawing again because I like him.
The lovely Merrimus was so kind in assisting me to fix this up and create a background for such, and taught me a lot on how to detail and complete a piece. She is amazing in every sense of the word, go check out her work as well.
